Terms and Conditions – Basnet Club Pakistan

By accessing the Basnet Club website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Basnet Club. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, live casino, fish games, bingo and all promotional offers. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Basnet Club.

To register and use Basnet Club you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Basnet Club is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts, shared accounts and registrations on behalf of another person are not permitted.

Basnet Club reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended pending review. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified age may be withheld while the verification process is ongoing.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Basnet Club platform. If it is found that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and any resulting winnings may be forfeited.

When registering your account you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, please update your account details promptly so that you can continue to receive important account communications.

Your chosen username and password are your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact the Basnet Club support team immediately via live chat.

• Providing false registration details is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Basnet Club may require you to verify your identity at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.
• Registration is free and no deposit is required simply to create an account.

All deposits at Basnet Club are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount that lands in your Basnet Club gaming balance.

Basnet Club currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

The minimum deposit at Basnet Club is PKR 300 for most payment methods. Some promotional offers carry a higher qualifying deposit threshold — this is clearly stated on each individual promotion before you make your deposit.

Basnet Club does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges — these are outside of Basnet Club's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

Basnet Club reserves the right to decline any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the original deposit, wherever this is technically possible. If the original payment method cannot accept the withdrawal, the support team will work with you to arrange an alternative method registered in your name.

Standard withdrawal processing times at Basnet Club are as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours during business hours
• Raast: Fast transfer once processed on the Basnet Club side
• Bank Transfer: Usually within one working day to major Pakistani banks
• Cards: Processing times depend on the issuing bank — typically 1–3 working days

Basnet Club does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account identity may need to be verified. This is a standard procedure and helps protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of the payment method used.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated on each bonus — see Section 6.
• Basnet Club reserves the right to carry out security checks on withdrawal requests which may extend processing times in some cases.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the same name as the Basnet Club account.

Basnet Club offers a range of bonuses and promotions including the welcome bonus, deposit reload offers, PSL cricket free bets, weekly cashback and the VIP programme. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual offer page.

General bonus rules that apply to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each individual offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a breach of these terms.
• Basnet Club reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus that has been obtained through a breach of these terms.
• Free bets are credited as bonus funds, not as cash. Any winnings from free bets are subject to the wagering requirements stated on the specific promotion.
• PSL cricket promotions and other time-limited offers expire at the date and time stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet a withdrawal minimum — only real-money funds count toward withdrawal thresholds.

The VIP programme operates on a tiered structure with escalating cashback rates and exclusive offers. VIP status is assessed based on account activity over rolling periods. Basnet Club reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria and rewards at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Basnet Club offers sports betting on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures), football, esports and other sporting events as listed in the sportsbook. All bets are subject to the following general rules.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification on screen. Bets that are not confirmed are not placed. During periods of high traffic — such as during major PSL matches — there may be a brief delay in bet confirmation. Do not re-submit a bet before confirming the first submission has not been accepted.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in the format selected in your account settings. Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond a stated deadline, or where the result of an event cannot be officially confirmed. Voided bets are returned to the player's real-money balance at the original stake amount.
• Live betting: In-play betting on cricket, PSL and other live markets is available. Odds during live betting update in real time. Basnet Club reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including during significant moments in a match where accurate pricing cannot be maintained.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before a bet is confirmed. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout limit will be partially accepted up to the maximum or returned for adjustment.
• Suspicious activity: Basnet Club monitors betting patterns for signs of match fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or unusual wagering activity. Bets associated with suspicious activity may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Cricket markets including match winner, top run scorer, total runs, wicket markets and session betting are available for PSL, T20 internationals and selected domestic fixtures. Specific cricket market rules are available in the sportsbook help section.

The Basnet Club platform includes live casino tables, fish games and bingo rooms. All games are available to registered players with a funded account balance. The following general rules apply across all non-sports gaming on the platform.

• All games are operated with a built-in house edge. Long-term expected return figures are provided in the game information section for each game where available.
• Fish game stakes, bingo ticket prices and casino table minimums and maximums are displayed within each game before play begins. These limits may vary by game and table.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or software error during a game round, Basnet Club will attempt to resolve the outcome based on the game state at the point of disconnection. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Bingo prize pools are displayed at the start of each room session. Prizes are credited to the winner's account balance automatically and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Basnet Club login credentials. This includes your username, password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in place of a human player
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software bugs to obtain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to incorrect odds or bonus miscredits
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bet results
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to misrepresent your identity or location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions
• Making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent — commonly known as bonus abuse or money laundering through a gaming platform
• Providing false identity, age or contact information during registration or verification

Basnet Club actively monitors accounts and transactions for prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation and take any further action it deems necessary including legal action where warranted.

Basnet Club provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• Basnet Club is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed bet confirmation or technical faults that occur outside of our reasonable control.
• Basnet Club is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own gaming decisions, including bets placed in error or deposits made without reading the applicable bonus terms.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet outcome, game result or account transaction, Basnet Club's records will be used as the primary reference point. If you believe a record is incorrect, contact support with specific details and the team will investigate.
• Nothing in these terms limits Basnet Club's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Basnet Club does not guarantee any particular return on bets placed or games played. Gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain and past results do not indicate future performance.

Basnet Club collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing and regulatory compliance. It is not sold to third parties.

Basnet Club uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session security, personalise your experience and analyse platform usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

Basnet Club reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect players' rights or obligations, Basnet Club will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders in advance via email or on-platform notification.

Continued use of the Basnet Club platform after an updated version of these terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account before the revised terms take effect.
