Registration & Account

Basnet Club is open to all residents of Pakistan who are 18 years of age or older. You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration — this is used for account verification and OTP-based login security. One account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the platform terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a strong password and complete the verification step via the OTP sent to your phone. The whole process takes roughly two minutes. Once verified, your account is active immediately and you can make a first deposit and start playing. You do not need to download any app — the platform runs fully in your mobile browser.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address and you will receive a reset PIN or link. Follow the on-screen steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact the 24/7 live support team — they will verify your identity and restore access. Do not create a new account while waiting; it will be closed automatically.

Yes. Go to your Account Settings after login and look for the mobile number update option. You will need to verify both your current number and the new number via OTP before the change takes effect. This is a security measure to make sure no one can change your contact details without your knowledge. If you run into any trouble, live support can walk you through it.

Accounts are locked automatically after several consecutive failed login attempts to protect you from unauthorised access. Wait a short period and try again, or use the password reset option. If the lock does not clear, contact live support directly — they can unlock the account after verifying your identity. Do not attempt to open a second account while locked; that would result in both being closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Basnet Club supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets — all in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Basnet Club PKR balance within a few minutes. During peak hours — especially on match days during PSL — there can occasionally be a short delay on the payment network side. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact live support with the transaction reference number.

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but most mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. Make sure your account details are correctly saved before submitting a withdrawal request.

Common reasons for a withdrawal delay include: an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, a first-time withdrawal that requires identity verification, or a mismatch between your registered name and your payment account name. Review your bonus status in the Promotions section and ensure your account details are up to date. If the hold reason is not clear, contact live support with your withdrawal reference number and they will investigate promptly.

Some payment providers may apply their own small transaction fees on high-value transfers; check with your provider if you are making a large bank transfer.

Bonuses & Promotions

New players receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount is added to your PKR balance as bonus funds. Before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings, you need to meet the wagering requirement — this means placing real bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount. The exact percentage and wagering multiplier are shown on the Promotions page. Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly; only winnings generated after completing the rollover become withdrawable.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to wager — that is, place bets totalling — a certain amount in PKR before the winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to place bets totalling PKR 10,000 across eligible games or sports markets. Your current rollover progress is shown in your account's Bonus or Promotions section after login.

Yes. During Pakistan Super League (PSL) season and major T20 tournaments, Basnet Club runs cricket-specific promotions — including enhanced odds on selected matches, cashback on losing PSL bets and special reload bonuses timed around high-profile fixtures. These are time-limited offers, so visit the Promotions page regularly during PSL season to make sure you do not miss an active offer.

In most cases, once a bonus has been credited and wagering has begun, it cannot be reversed. If you have accepted a bonus but not yet placed any bets, contact live support as soon as possible — they may be able to remove it before wagering starts. Going forward, you can choose to skip bonus offers by not opting in at the deposit stage. Always read the bonus terms shown on the Promotions page before accepting any offer.

Sports & Cricket Betting

Basnet Club covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test cricket, One Day Internationals (ODIs) and other major cricket tournaments. During PSL season the number of available markets per match increases significantly, including player performance bets and session totals.

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match that is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on what is happening on the field — during a PSL T20, for example, you can bet on the outcome of the next over or the total runs in a session while the match is live. To place an in-play bet, go to the Sports section, find the live match and select from the available live markets. Bets are accepted until the market is suspended for the relevant event.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake in PKR by the odds at the time the bet was placed. Settlement happens automatically after the official result is confirmed — usually within a short time of the match ending. Settled bets appear in your Bet History with the result and PKR payout clearly shown. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your balance.

Fish games are multiplayer arcade-style games where you use your PKR balance to shoot fish swimming across the screen. Different fish have different point values and shooting them wins you PKR prizes. You choose your table stakes — larger stakes mean bigger potential wins per fish. Bingo at Basnet Club is played in scheduled rooms. Each room has a ticket price in PKR and a fixed or growing prize pot. You buy your tickets before the draw opens using your PKR balance. Numbers are called automatically and your card is marked in real time. If you complete the required pattern before other players, you win the room prize. Your PKR balance and game history are saved to your account at all times — closing your browser or switching apps does not affect your balance. For fish games, your table preferences are saved. For bingo, if you close the browser during an active round your tickets remain in play and any winnings are automatically credited to your account. You can log back in from any device and see the result in your game history.

Account Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account and go to Security Settings. Find the two-factor authentication option and follow the steps to enable it. Once active, every login from a new or unrecognised device will require a one-time PIN sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. This takes less than a minute to set up and significantly improves your account's protection against unauthorised access.

Go to Security Settings immediately and use the option to log out all other active sessions. Then change your password to something new and unique. Enable 2FA if it is not already on. After securing your account, contact the 24/7 live support team to report the suspicious activity. They can review your login history and recent transactions and flag anything that looks out of the ordinary. Acting quickly in this situation limits any potential impact.

Log in and go to your Responsible Gaming settings. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit and activate session time reminders. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately.
